Mission

The Berkshire Trails Council, Inc. is an association of organized trail user groups, both motorized as well as non motorized, partners with the DEM of Massachusetts, for the express purpose of promoting the continued access to public and private land for responsible multiple use. The association will be the focal point for information, trail maintenance, and user conflict resolution.

Here is the list of Member Organizations represented by the Berkshire Trails Council. There are many Mountain Bike riders and other trail users who help with Berkshire Trail Council goals who have not yet organized a separate trail user organization or are direct members of the Berkshire Trails Council, I just don't want all their efforts to go unmentioned.
